Injection Moulding

Aeron Pacific offers a wide range of components in many plastics and composite materials below produced through moulding. It is a widely used method for mass-producing components with consistent quality and precision. Here’s an overview of the injection moulding process

Design and Prototyping

Collaborating with clients during the design phase to optimize parts for injection moulding.

Providing prototyping services to test and refine designs before full-scale production.

Material Selection

Offering a variety of thermoplastic materials suitable for injection moulding, including ABS, PP, PE, PC, and more.

Advising on material selection based on the specific requirements of the part.

Tooling and Mold Design

Designing moulds (tools) based on the CAD model of the part.

Tooling may be single-cavity or multi-cavity, depending on production volume requirements.

Mold Making

Fabricating moulds from materials such as steel or aluminium.

Precision machining of mold components to ensure accuracy and longevity.

Injection Moulding Process

Melting plastic resin pellets and injecting the molten material into the mold cavity under high pressure.

Cooling and solidification of the material within the mold to form the desired part.
